Earlier this year TCO worked with local foodie Glenda Rogers of Gertz Larder and catering, developing a biscuit that represents Central Otago for use as a promotional gift. The flavours of sour cherries, thyme, almonds and raspberries are baked into little biscuits packed with colour and goodness. Feedback confirms TCO’s strategy of creating a sensory memory of Central Otago has been achieved with these small flavour bursts truly saying ‘this is our patch.’
