Serviced Apartments

Apartments are totally self contained providing fully equipped kitchens and laundry facilities. They are typically serviced every two to three days or as otherwise arranged – more frequent servicing may incur additional costs. Access to the apartment will normally be via a communal or shared access way and guest parking may or may not be available on site. Properties are usually managed; the owner will not normally be involved in the day to day management of the property. At this time apartments in Central Otago are small in number. There may be only one or two apartments in a complex.
