Central Otago REAP (Rural Education Activities Programme) Inc is a community-based, not-for-profit organisation providing flexible, life long learning opportunities. REAP is a Ministry of Education and Tertiary Education Commission funded organisation that facilitates educational opportunities in West Otago, Central Otago and the Upper Clutha region.

Central Otago REAP develops programmes such as seminars, workshops and courses based on community needs or requests from individual adults and community groups in accordance with the Ministry of Education Contract, and Tertiary Education Commission, or individual contracts.
