Trail Journeys started by providing bike hire for the Otago Central Rail Trail and grew to providing all the services that are required to plan a holiday in Central Otago.
Within our Central Otago and what is special about it is at the forefront of our advertising, marketing and promotion.
Trail Journeys has experienced exceptional growth in its activities that are concentrated on the Rail Trail corridor and its environment. The company is committed to environmental issues and has processes in place which ensure the company and its employees maintain appropriate standards and encourage our clients to respect the environment they are passing through.
Today the company provides a fleet of buses and vans for transport, an internet based booking system and the company regularly collects people from Queenstown Airport and accommodation houses to deliver them to Clyde where the Journey usually starts.
Our close relationship with the Department of Conservation ensures that we are constantly reminded of our obligations associated with Rail Trail and we accept a responsibility to ensure that our clients are aware of their obligations in relation to maintaining our environment the way we want it.
