Vincent Holdings Limited
Vincent Holdings is a company that ‘looks outside the square’ and acts with genuine integrity. It has a well thought out brand and brand values, which have contributed to its tremendous growth, diversification and ongoing success.
Founded in 1978 as a panel shop with two people it now employs 23 staff and offers a comprehensive range of services that include smash repairs, salvage and vehicle grooming; fibreglass and plastic welding; windscreen and upholstery repairs and replacements; marine and helicopter painting and refurbishment; sign making and design; and supply and repair of curtainsiders.
The judges described Vincent Holdings as ‘very impressive’, singling out its proactive, hands-on leadership, outstanding quality of work and strong customer focus. They were ‘blown away’ by the ‘scope’ of what the company does.
Directors Peter Green and Albie Robertson lead from the front in an interactive and personal way. They value their staff and their input.
Customer satisfaction is a driving force with a one-stop-shop for repairs where customers are met as they arrive, a new base in Queenstown focusing on service outside 9am–5pm, and a dedicated quality controller.
